Are you an experienced biker, who wants to go higher? A three-hour freeride tour takes you to our local mountain Plose – breathtaking views are included in this tour!

Would you like some inspiration for your mountain bike vacation?

Here we go: Our local mountain, Mount Plose, not only offers a variety of great hiking trails, but also fantastic mountain bike trails. From S. Andrea, the modern cable car takes you and your mountain bikes to an altitude of 2,050 m, where a fantastic view of the Dolomites and the starting point of the Plose Single Trail awaits you. The route ‘Flow 6.6 km’ is of medium difficulty and challenges you with numerous steep curves and demanding downhill sections. At the end you will reach the valley station – after covering an altitude difference of 1,000 m!

Along the route you will also come across many places to stop for refreshments: The restaurant La Finestra is located directly next to the mountain station, the lodge Trametschhütte welcomes you at the end of the Single Trail, and the lodges Plosestodl and P3 await you at the valley station.

If you are traveling without your own bike, you can of course also rent a bike and the necessary equipment from us or from the information shop at the mountain station of the cable car.

Test the bikes of tomorrow!

Every year in September, Bressanone turns into a biking city. The new models of the next bike season will be presented to you on the Cathedral Square in Bressanone and you may ride the mountain bikes yourself or be accompanied by a bike guide. Mount Plose with its Bike Park is a popular location for putting new bikes to the test. The signposted test route is also recommended and you can pedal away as long as you like. The remarkable thing about this event is that you don’t need to register.
