Information Each Room has a shower, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe, free WLAN access and, for the most part, a balcony. All rooms are accessible by elevator. Large car park.
As of 01.01.2024 we are committed to collect a community residence tax of 3,20 € per person and night for all persons over 14 years.
- Arrival: your room is available to move into from 14:00
- Departure: please vacate your room by 10.00 am

Cancellation
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code – however, we do grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellations no later than 14 days before the arrival date: The booking can be cancelled free of charge; the confirmation deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations from 13 to 4 days before the arrival date: The confirmation deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellation 3 days or less before arrival or in case of no-show: We charge 100% of the agreed total price minus the deposit already paid for confirmation.
- In case of early departure or late arrival we charge 100% of the agreed daily price per day not used.
Notification pursuant to Part III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code-GvD 206/2005.
Travel insurance
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung’s travel insurance.
